The 8th Anniversary of VFA

VFA – Valério, Figueiredo & Associados – was founded in November 2016, and since then, for various reasons that have become a tradition for the firm, we’ve marked the passage of time, yes, but not necessarily on a fixed date.

Not that there isn’t an “official” date, but, as far as we can remember, we’ve never celebrated on that day.

That’s why, even though the firm was born on a day in November, this year we marked the occasion in December. Eight years, when you do the math.

On how we marked this eighth anniversary, Paulo Valério wrote:

8 years standing for a legal practice that is qualified yet humanized; irreverent, but not insolent; serious, but without taking itself too seriously.
It has been both a challenge and an honor, one we renew each year as we near the first decade’s milestone.
This time, the celebration was just for us.
Sometimes, it’s necessary to listen in silence to the echoes of who we are and who we want to be.
