SPECIAL Episode: The Justice System of the New Government

In this SPECIAL episode of the Discurso Direito podcast, we analyze the measures related to the area of Justice in the new government’s program.

Paulo read the nine pages that the new executive dedicated to Justice in its approximately 180-page program and analyzes the points that deserve a “plus sign” and those that deserve a “minus sign.”

We discuss economic justice, the fight against corruption (which deserves more than double the pages of other Justice-related topics), the delays in administrative and tax courts, and also the scope—or lack thereof—of some of the measures in this government program.
