Public Procurement Analyzed at the 5th “Discurso Direito” Conference

The “Discurso Direito” conference series, promoted by VFA, which began in November 2023, will conclude on June 26 with another event in Coimbra dedicated to the theme “Public Procurement and Contract Manager.”
The analysis and discussion of the theme will be led by Paulo Linhares Dias, an guest assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and Bruno Martelo, the lawyer responsible for the Administrative and Urban Planning Law department at VFA.
