Paulo Valério speaks at international course

Paulo Valério, partner at VFA, was a speaker at the G9 Comunidade Lusófona international course entitled “Insolvency and Restructuring Programme”.

The course was aimed at lawyers and consultants from Lusophone countries, with the goal of promoting and consolidating Lusophony in the field of recovery and insolvency systems.

At the event, which was supported by UNCITRAL, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, Paulo Valério spoke about Insolvency Regulation in the European Union.
