Paulo is in Praia, Cape Verde, from September 23 to 27, where he will be training judicial magistrates in the fields of insolvency and restructuring.
This training program, promoted by the World Bank, aims, through a practical approach, to equip judges with in-depth knowledge of insolvency concepts, key procedures, comparative practices, and new developments in the field of insolvency law, all from an international best practices perspective.
It is the second time Paulo has traveled to Cape Verde as a World Bank Consultant, having provided training to Judicial Administrators in 2023 as part of the same program.
