Paulo Valério at the II IN_SOLVENS Conference

Under analysis will be more than 1,500 completed insolvency and pre-insolvency cases, the profile of debtors and the causes of insolvency, and the survey conducted with more than 550 companies

This Wednesday, July 17, VFA partner Paulo Valério will participate in the II Conference of IN_SOLVENS. According to the organizers, the event “aims to present the main results obtained so far within the scope of the IN_SOLVENS research project, particularly the data resulting from the analysis of more than 1,500 completed insolvency and pre-insolvency cases, the profile of debtors and the causes of insolvency, and the survey conducted with more than 550 companies.”

The Conference is organized within the scope of the research project “Insolvency Law in Portugal: A Multidisciplinary Analysis” (abbreviated as IN_SOLVENS), developed by NOVA School of Law (through CEDIS) and ISCTE (through CIES-IUL).

Paulo will participate in the panel dedicated to the topic “Analysis of the processing of completed insolvency and pre-insolvency cases,” presented by João Pedro Pinto-Ferreira, Professor at NOVA School of Law and co-principal investigator of IN_SOLVENS.
