“Insolvency Without Borders” – podcast

The APDIR Congress – Portuguese Association of Insolvency and Recovery Law – was recently held in Lisbon. However, the event’s theme went beyond the Portuguese capital and even beyond national borders.

The congress, under the theme “Insolvency Without Borders,” included discussions about Brazil and Angola, as well as the Portuguese context and the European Union’s proposed directive on insolvency law.
