Public Contracts Management – Podcast

In this episode of the Discurso Direito podcast, we recap the 5th and final conference of the conference cycle – with the same title, Discurso Direito – promoted by VFA.

A journey we began in November 2023 and concluded in June 2024, with a conference dedicated to the topic “Public Contracts Management,” analyzed by Bruno Martelo, the lawyer responsible for the Administrative and Urban Law area at VFA, and Paulo Linhares Dias, assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

In a conversation with Bruno after the conference, we highlight the importance of discussing this topic, especially due to the uncertainties surrounding the role of the public contract manager, a task of great responsibility and – as we mention in this podcast and addressed at the conference – full of challenges not resolved by current legislation.

The Discurso Direito cycle, promoted by VFA, thus ends its 23/24 conference season and will return in November.
