The theme – “Divorce and Child Protection” – was analyzed and discussed by Bárbara Figueiredo, responsible for the areas of Family Law and Successions at VFA, and Eva Nogueira Serens, president of the CPCJ of Coimbra.
The best interest of the child (and youth) was at the center of the exchange of ideas about what happens after the parents’ separation.
We share a bit of what this conference was like, which took place at the VFA office in Coimbra on February 7th.
