Discurso Direito Conference Series Returns on February 11

We are launching a new season of the Discurso Direito conference series.

On February 11, at VFA’s new office in Porto, we will explore the topic of Corporate Revitalization with VFA lawyer João Mota da Costa and court-appointed administrator Ângelo Dias. They will provide a comprehensive view of the Special Revitalization Process (PER), covering its effects, procedural aspects, benefits, and challenges. The goal of these processes is to ensure a more favorable outcome for both creditors and debtors than that of an insolvency proceeding with liquidation.
