Public Procurement at the Closing of the VFA Conference Series

The specifics of public contract management and the role of the public contract manager were discussed at the 5th and final conference of the Discurso Direito (“Legal Talk”) series in 2023/2024.

Bruno Martelo, the lawyer responsible for the Administrative and Urban Planning Law area at VFA, and Paulo Linhares Dias, assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, spoke about the realities of this field and the challenges it faces.

This event concluded the series that began in November 2023, featuring conferences dedicated to Labor Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Insolvency Law, in addition to the topic of Public Procurement addressed at the closing of the series.

The VFA team is already preparing a new series of conferences that will begin in November 2024.
