Clara Vendramini completes Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Practice

Clara Vendramini, a lawyer at VFA, has just completed her Master’s Degree in Law and Legal Practice – Specialization in Civil Law, at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

Her dissertation, titled “Wrongful Adoption“, examines the possibility of holding adoption agencies accountable for cases where crucial information about the adoptee is omitted or inadequately disclosed. This is a highly relevant topic in Civil Law, addressing legal gaps and ethical challenges in this context.

Reflecting on her achievement, Clara Vendramini stated: “Completing this milestone represents the fulfillment of a dream and a key moment in my professional journey. I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my colleagues, whose encouragement was vital to making this project a reality.”
